Pricing

The typical range for a residential house is $400 + 10% of the square footage of the home: 

• $490+ for a 900 sqft home

• $550+ for a 1,500 sqft home

• $650+ for a 2,500 sqft home

• $800+ for a 4,000 sqft home

The typical range for a commercial buildings is $600 + 10% of the square footage of the building:

• $900+ for a 3,000 sqft building

• $1,100+ for a 5,000 sqft building

• $1,600+ for a 10,000 sqft building

• Custom pricing above 10,000 sqft

Most exterior walls attached to the building will be completed at the same time as the roof scum treatment and incurs an additional cost equal to the roof treatment for residential or commercial buildings.

Any stand-alone treatments without roof scum treatment or walls not attached to a building will be custom pricing.

Additional costs may apply for:

• Travel over 60 miles from the nearest Off Duty Rescue Worker

• Presence of moss and/or lichen

• Debris Removal

• Buildings with a 3rd story

• Unusual, high, or a large number of roof peaks

As every home can have surprises, we reserve the right to identify additional costs as needed but will always notify the property owner before work is completed.
